Welcome to OSD 2027, Toruń, Poland!

The 17th International Conference on Ordered Statistical Data (OSD 2027) will be held from June 7 to 11, 2027, at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland.

The Local Organizing Committee is pleased to welcome participants of the OSD conference series to Toruń. The 2027 meeting will be held in Toruń for the first time and will mark the fifth time that the conference has taken place in Poland.

The OSD conference series started in 2000 with the International Conference on Order Statistics & Extreme Values, held at the University of Mysore, India. It continued with meetings in Warsaw, Poland, in 2002 and 2003, initially organized in the form of workshops. Since the fourth meeting, held in Warsaw in 2004, OSD has developed into a regular international conference, held annually or biennially.

Subsequent meetings have taken place in Izmir, Turkey (2005); Mashad, Iran (2006); Amman, Jordan (2007); Aachen, Germany (2008); Zagazig, Egypt (2010); Murcia, Spain (2012); Będlewo, Poland (2014); Piraeus, Greece (2016); Cádiz, Spain (2018); Vietri sul Mare, Italy (2022); Coimbra, Portugal (2024); and Aachen, Germany (2025).

The conference brings together researchers interested in ordered statistical data and related areas of probability and statistics, providing an opportunity to present recent results, exchange ideas, discuss current developments, and initiate new collaborations.
